Every ALBA Wheel comes with a
3-year chrome finish and lifetime structural warranty. From
design and engineering to manufacturing, you can be sure
that our wheels are built to last a lifetime.
ALBA Chrome Wheels warrants its
custom wheels to its original purchasers and only wheels
sold by ALBA Chrome Wheels when properly installed and used
under normal conditions shall be free from defects in workmanship
and material. Upon claim to ALBA Chrome Wheels, this warranty
applies as follows: ALBA warrants its wheels to be structurally
sound for their lifetime. Any and all out of round claims
must be made within 90 days of purchase. ALBA warrants the
chrome for 3 years. All warranty claims must be claimant's
original invoice or bill of sale, which is provided by the
end user of said products. Any claim made pursuant to this
warranty shall be conditioned upon ALBA inspection of wheels
upon which claim is made and ALBA's determination that there
was a defect in material or workmanship. Those claims under
this warranty shall, at ALBA Chrome Wheels option, have
the following remedy against ALBA in substitution for all
other remedies or rights: (A) Repay, or if not paid, credit
the purchase price or (B) Replace said wheels.

In any event, ALBA Chrome
Wheels maximum liability hereunder shall be for only each
wheel which is subject to the defect on which claim is based.
ALBA CHROME WHEELS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR OTHER
DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR
PENAL DAMAGES. This warranty does not cover corrosion due
to chemicals, climatic conditions, neglect, or wheels damaged
in transit. This warranty is void if wheels are damaged
by improper tire mounting, improper installation, accident,
alteration, or loading beyond rated capacity stamped on
the back of every wheel. This warranty does not limit other
remedies or rights which may be available through individual
state warranty laws.
Handling a possible ALBA
Wheels warranty issue is easy. Simply follow these four
steps:

Arrange to have the
wheels inspected by the store to determine if they are
covered by the warranty |

If the wheels are
determined to be defective, the store will arrange for
replacement wheels. |
